Entryism

Entryism is the idea of infiltrating an organization in order to take it over. For our purposes, that would be inappropriate, since a society of independents cannot create a permanent society. Nevertheless, the idea of an anchor point is certainly worth considering. This idea has been proposed several times — I don’t need to repeat them — but we can learn from their shortcomings.

Fundamentally, no society based solely on vague ideals can persist. So a commitment, for example, to “Tradition” cannot suffice. Specificity separates unfulfilled ideas from an actual group. Therefore I propose using the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church as a focal point.

It is a new church with an energetic young priest as the pastor. There is an opportunity to participate in the growth of a truly Traditional church. The goal must not be to “take it over”, but rather to provide a common spiritual center that an online group lacks.

Obviously it will require some migration. However, this area is currently a desirable destination. There is no state income tax, the weather is mostly pleasant (except when it isn’t), and there are other advantages, although those features are not really the point. I’ll leave this as a floating idea to see what develops over time.
